Travel the world without leaving campus! Join undergraduate and graduate students for an evening of storytelling circles from five regions of the world, small bites from each region, and a live student talent show.
You are more than welcome to wear your traditional clothes! We'd love to see everyone come dressed in the traditional dress of their culture.
Please note: outside food is not allowed in the school. Food will be provided at the event.
A Country Host is the storyteller of one circle. As a host, you will:
Share personal stories about your country: what it was like growing up, your family's holidays and celebrations, your favourite foods, and what someone would experience walking into your family's home.
Bring something from your country to show and talk about, such as jewellery, a family photo, a piece of art, or traditional clothing.
